|IT Environment||Work as the main contact for third party vendors maintaining internal network systems (LAN) and the external network (WAN) infrastructure technical services and support: LAN & WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, printers, and phone system. Includes monitoring and reviewing network alarm, notifications. This includes but is not limited to the Fiserv (Portico) core system, Trace Securities, and TelePacific Communications.|
|End User Computer support||Support Technology requirements for credit union staff including desktops, printers, and Microsoft related technologies I.e. Windows server, Domain Controller, and user workstations.|
|Incident Response||Monitor systems and initiate the incident response plan to minimize the duration and damage from a security incident.|
|Business Resumption||Support disaster recovery solutions.|
|Operation Tasks||Perform general daily and monthly IT operations task: Automatic server backup, OS patch deployment, and security notification.|
|Staff Training||Maintain & present regular security awareness training to staff. I.e. awareness of the latest information security threats that look to exploit the human element such as social engineering attacks, potential harm to the network of visiting infected websites, phishing e-mails, etc.|
